And margin = selling price - ( COGS + operational costs )
Now what all will fall under operating costs? Does it include salaries and rents or just the packaging + delivery cost?
I think it should be only the costs that are linked to servicing the customers' orders (packaging, delivery, payment gateway, etc.). Basically CM1.
